My power builds

So some health issues a month or so back caused me not to be able to work with n scale Wich I had tried to switch back to.

So here I am back in Ho.

My first kitbash project will be an atlas C424 that I will be combining with a Bowser High Hood C628 cab and hood.

This will be for my freelance Rowlesburg and Southern which is 50% of my merged roster loosely based off of the N&W.

Onto the pics and test fitting.

Yes and no the C424 will be my only 4 axle high hood century as I still need to cut parts out of the C628 body and graft them onto the C424.

Yes I have some other detail parts that'll be going on this unit.

Thanks for asking.

As I went to work on this some more turns out the Bowser shell is all kinds of narrow, short, long, in all the wrong places,

Would require to much work to correct so it'll be staying a low nose unit.

Going to finish up my Weather beaten F7B unit first then get back onto this one.

Slight change of direction here's an F7B I'm in the process of painting.

This will be an ex New York & Pennsylvania my freelance version of the nkp,
This will be a unit that's had a hard life and nearing the end of service with 1-2 years left.

So here's a HH GP30 I'm working on since I can't afford the factory HH GP30.

I'm trying to make my own HH GP30 as my GP30's are phase 1 unit's and the PNW resin GP30 cab & HH is for a phase 2 unit.

I modified the PNW cab and HH keeping the hood and the cab brow so I could make a phase one GP30.

Still a ways to go but getting there slowly.

Enjoy

Excuse the pics new phone and the instructions booklet is a joke hoping to figure it out soon.
