Advice on print fail?

I have a Zortrax Inkspire and am using Siraya Tech Blu resin.

I think I am pushing the limits of what is possible on the small side. Also I may have the supports wrong. I use automatic then delete and add as I see fit. Clearly I didn't do the right thing! Do I just need more supports or is it just too thin and small?  The sides where they attach to the build plate are all bulging in, not straight. The horizontal window sash came out pretty well but the verticals are non existent. They are only .008x.008. A couple actually did print as super fine hairs.

Where it printed OK it is great, super sharp and crisp detail and dimensional it is very close to the model, like only .002 taller.
Also included is what this project is.

I'm pretty much a newbie with printing but all the stuff I have done so far is much larger and comes out well, my other thing is live steam so MUCH larger!

Thanks for any advice!

You will probably have better luck printing it at an angle. I use 45°, and make sure the verticals have supports. You might be "...almost!..." doing that, so if it looks like it's close, then bump the layer exposure time by maybe 0.5 seconds.

.008" is also pushing the limits of the process. I do it with smaller detail items, but for not "wires" like that.

Thanks Mike...I'm going to fatten it up a bit and try again. Also on an angle..

Remove the supports in the window frames, you will never be able to remove them from the print without breaking the frames.

It looks like there are some supports missing that caused the sag of the one corner.

The muttons in the windows of this caboose are roughly .008 in, (built it in MM) and they printed fine but I have had a few print missing the verticals if the body is not positioned right. You are right at the point of being a couple pixels wide on the screen so a shift one way or another can mean the difference between using 2 or 3 pixels to print.

Thanks Tony! When you say "if the body is not positioned right"...so what is the right position?

Quite honestly the right position was trial and error for me. One sliced version had issues with the windows, a different version did not. I printed two bodies at once on one of the print runs, one printed fine, the other had trouble with the windows. It's probably easier just to fatten things us a touch. I'm one to push the limits though and will put up with some trial and error.
