Looks like KCS came out with a new dedicated SD70ACe #4009. English on one side, Spanish on the other. Salutes KCS Heros with the saying "Resilient and Essential" also on the sides.

That will be an easy one to model - just grab an SD70ACe model (as soon as someone releases one in KCS) and add decals.
