If it were me, I'd start with Dullcote, then with a few light, concise, on the dry side washes of the logo colors, you can achieve the effect in the photo of obliterating it.
Then apply a fade coat to take that new car sheen away and make it look weather worn.

Then the rust streaks can be applied with very straight up and down wide brush strokes using water base oil paints.
I'd finish with another light fade coat and finally more Dullcote.
