WWScenics Layering Spray?

Does anyone gave any info or experience using this:

https://www.amazon.com/War-World-Scenics-Layering-Adhesive/dp/B01MZE9YZQ

More to the point, I’m wondering if there is anything secret sauce ish about this, or if it’s basically a thinned matte medium or PVA with perhaps some alcohol or wetting agent to help it mist and or flow better (ie, like the WS Scenic Cement).

I have a lot of their grass fiber but felt pretty much the same as you on that product.

Basically, it serves as their version of the super extra hold hairspray type of adhesive; perfect for adhering additional layers of static grass over previous ones...
I use Tresemme no 5 hairspray product for this.
