The First shipment of our October Releases arrived.  We are pleased to Announce and Release the IN STOCK, New 40’ HC containers – See links below for Production Photos. This Release has some neat schemes including the CAI ‘Busted’ container unit - the first and only "busted" CAI 40' prototypical container (405030) with the markings of the unit seen in circulated photos of the largest drug bust in America. The CAI 40' container markings CAIU 807289, entered the Port of Philadelphia back in June of 2019 and they found an estimated $1 billion of cocaine in several containers. Now you can own a little history with a story to add to your layout! (cocaine NOT included).  Here is the link to the article.

I really need "years appropriate" for these paint schemes. I have no idea which ones would work for the late 90's.

I think only K-Line and Hapag Lloyd would look appropriate for the 90s.  Early 90s the Walthers logo panel look more appropriate, although a mix would be fine.   The APL scheme started in '97 iirc but took a while to become widespread.

P&O would be too, being that it merged with Nedlloyd in 96/97.

The company, P&O Nedlloyd, a 50/50 joint venture was formed in December 1996; when P&O Containers Limited (formerly OCL), a British shipping giant merged its container-shipping interests with the Dutch container transportation company, Royal Nedlloyd Lines. P&O Nedlloyd was the largest partner in the Grand Alliance, which also included shippings concerns such as OOCL, Hapag Lloyd and NYK Lines.
