GP30 Winter Hatch

Is anyone aware of a winter hatch for a GP30? I'm finding lots of winter hatches, but none that have the distinctive angle shape that the SOO GP30's have.

I can't find a real good overheard shot.  This one has a rounded front end and squared off back end.

So I'd say, probably need to kitbash one, or scratchbuild.

I would grab an Atlas SD24 Hatch part no. 544248.  You'll have to taper the end and fill with styrene, but it looks like a good place to start.

I'll try and look through my pictures from the last time I went the museum and see if I took an overhead of that locomotive.

Nice... If you ever decided to expand to N Scale I would buy everything you make...  :D
