Shout out to DCC Concepts, I opened up one of my switches to install and found the voltage switch was busted off and laying in the package.

Sent them an email with a picture and got a reply within 12 hours saying they'll mail me a new one and send me the part to fix this one. Since they are UK based I figured it would take a bit but they sent it Air Mail and I had a new switch within 7 business days.
Great customer service for great switches that I'll highly recommend over tortoise machines anyday.
