I have built an Nn3 Shay...with the new Atlas switches, I might consider Nn3 again.
@David K. Smith I've got some Z scale Micro trains track if you want some? Though tbh Rokuhan may be more your speed with the tie spacing and track variety.
Zn3 wouldn't be any harder to lay than N standard gauge...
Make it with flat wire, or similar material, it should work fine.
I am looking for a Nn30 loco cover for that new Z B-B powered chassis . Just anything that looks somewhat American , diesel , or steam/tender drive . Mining , zoo , industrial , scenic , creosote tie service , you name it . I have found a generic shell for a N scale Z track diesel . No english traits , no europian traits , no all to familur USA RTR traits .
