Who wins the challenge?

I thought the challenge went well and I really enjoyed seeing the projects all come together regardless of what got done. While I wish my entry got more votes, I still created a recognizable signature structure (which has been verified by local modelers which gives me immense satisfaction). Without this challenge pushing me along, I can almost guarantee that I'd still be looking at a blank spot on the layout! Plus its given me the oomph to draw up workplans and design sketches for couple other brick structures that I need to do.

That was quite excellent.   That was my problem trying to vote.   There were so many examples of outstanding work.

Congrats to you as well - a 1 point win over @David K. Smith is sort of a holy grail modeling moment.

Thanks Phil but that's kinda of a dirty point.  I voted for the top 3 entries in my view of things, and included in those 3 was my own.  But I also voted for DKS as well, so it was a wash, maybe ?

I definitely grew up in my modeling ability in doing this structure.  Beyond cutting some sheet styrene and making a basic engine house, I've never do a fully scratchbuilt structure from sheet goods and Evergreen items.  Everyones comments and encouragement gave me the confidence I needed to continue with what I was shooting for and the drive to start the stone loadout when I get more time.  Thank you TRW for that, better modeling thru peer pressure for sure here !
