question on Atlas web site

I have not been able to access the on line catalog from the atlas web site since an upgrade went in on the site months ago.  I get a notice on my computer that Safari can't open the page due to too many redirects.  Anyone have any idea how to access the on line catalog?  thanks in advance

Although I don't have Safari, I went there just yesterday with no problems. Perhaps try re-typing the address in your browser instead of using a bookmark(?).

Sorry, my mind was somewhere else when I typed on line catalog, I meant on line store.  Sorry about the confusion on my part.

I'd never tried the Atlas online store on Safari, but I get the same thing.

Mac Pro 2009, OS X 10.9.5, Safari 9.1.2

http://shop.atlasrr.com

Quote
Safari can't open the page

Too many redirects occurred trying to open "shop.atlasrr.com". This might
occur if you open a page that is redirected to open another page which then is
redirected to pen the original page

No problem whatsoever with Chrome  51.0.2704.103  on the same system.
Also no problem with Firefox 47.0

No problem here, OSX 10.10.5 and Safari 9.1.1, with no extensions*. I suggest turning off extensions, and clearing cookies and cache.

* - This is a "virgin" Safari I keep expressly for sites that don't work with privacy managers. That said, I also had no issues with the Atlas site under Firefox 44.0.2, which is my normal, privacy-managed browser.

I will never understand computers!!!!  I found the apple support site and did what it suggested, no change.  On my iMac and iPad get the wording can't open, however, on my wife's iMac I can access the site.  Both are up to date with Apple's updates, who can explain why 1 computer does not allow and another does.  Oh, well, I will use my wife's computer to access the site and order parts as needed.

That's basically what the Apple technote referenced by Paul says.  :D

Maybe she wants you to stay off the Atlas online store.  Just sayin'....
