Did anyone catch that Atlas announced a new run of their Dash 8 in Model Railroader's MR&T scheme for NScale?

Well, then maybe those Appalachian Lines (discussed elsewhere) will be making an appearance soon.

I would take an SD40-2 in AM paint. Atlas is also making the  MR&T caboose available. I wish they would produced the AM and or the V&O in a caboose.

As I wrote elsewhere in this forum recently, since I have seen the MR&T in person at Kalmbach Publishing Co.'s headquarters, I would probably go for a piece of MR&T equipment or rolling stock in N scale.  But, I would only do so, if it fits within my modeled era (1983-86), and, unfortunately, the GE Dash 8-40B is just a few years too modern.  :(

In my ideal world I'd get all three - pulling a brace of MR&T beer cars . . .

I'll pick at least one of them up to run on the club layout. Need to support the manufactures doing some fantasy rail.
