JMRI Panel Pro Questions

I've been working on rigging up the NCR in Panel Pro.
So far, it works, but I have some questions (and possibly more, so I created a generic thread).

Here's where I am now:

All of the switches at CP Windsor are working. Having to add the switches to the not so obvious "table" is pretty annoying, and having to manually type them into the crappy panel pro UI also sucks, but once figured out, it worked.

My current question is... it keeps track of "mainline" and "non-mainline" track. Doing that for the track sections was fine, but I don't know how to tell it to make switches mainline switches. The changing line widths bother my design brain. Does anyone know the solution?
