I agree about the paint schemes.  Good grief, how many Maersk containers do we need?

For the largest shipping line in the world? The more the merrier.....

Every ATSF/BNSF intermodal modeller should be stocking up on these....and that's just on the west coast.

You took the words right out of my mouth.   Maersk and Hyundai are two that I cannot have too many of, although I am getting somewhat close for the "small roster" version of things.

Quick question... I know Bachmann did a 20' exterior post container. Did they also do a corrugated container for their newer flats? There are photos on eBay, but they all appear to be shopped HO versions.

Daniel,

I do some 40' containers in N and Z. Never have gotten around to announcing that they are available. I make them because anyone who buys a big container ship from me needs a LOT of containers, either on deck or on the dock. The quality is not injection molded, but better than most resin cast. I also build some cast resin blocks of containers (ie, 6 wide by 3 high). The singles are $1.00 each; the stacks are about $0.75 per container.

I've done this only as an inexpensive alternative to populate the decks of my ships.

Speaking of...

Fine N scale also made (still makes?) resin undec 40 footers (and maybe 20 footers too?).

I plan on adding resin kits next, but right now I'm having a devil if a time tracking down ISO containers grin European manufacturers. For example, Minitrix produces both an ISO corrugated 20 box and a slab side box. Is the slash side domestic doing only? Who knows, Minitrix painted it in broad international schemes so I'm trying to find some examples.

Same goes for Roco 20 containers. And those are impossible to find here in international shipping schemes.

After I get the ISO 20, 40, 45 out of the way, I plan on adding resin, laser cut wood and printed card stock.
