Has anyone contacted a 3 D printing company about making cab and firebox to adapt to the Bachman prairie loco

Are there 3D printing companies you can hire to design and print such items?  That must be quite expensive. Usually some hobbyist designs their own project, then sends it to be 3D printed (to a company like Shapeways).

wouldn't a loco about the size of the Spectrum 2-8-0 be a  better
  base for a Camelback ?
just wondering as the USRA based Prairie is a bit small, and an odd
  wheel arrangement for a camelback.

I think it would be better but I've seen people make them with the prairie type

I don't know that I've ever seen a 2-6-2 camelback.

  Cris,
look at early CNJ and Reading Camelbacks, maybe LV also.
L&HR may have had 2-6-0 Camelbacks, will check that later.
CNJ also had 4-8-0 Camelbacks, another rare wheel arrangement after 1920,
several CNJs made it to at least 1950,but Don Wood didn't try to save any.
the 2-6-2s may have been rebuilt to 4-6-2s later,or even End Cabbed ?
