Does anyone make this trailer in N?

I'm curious if this trailer is made in N scale.  I realize I'd have to come up with decals for it.

Trainworx makes a 40' corrugated trailer that looks to be pretty close to that one.  The one in the photo looks to be stainless steel.  Testors does make a stainless in their metalizer sprays though I've yet to try it or any of the other colors.

You may also try a "Chrome Silver" paint.  I have a nice "Stainless Steel" from Krylon that actually looks like semi-shiny aluminum, and makes a nice roof paint, but doesn't look anything like a shiny steel trailer.

Hands down, use Alclad II polished stainless steel over gloss black or dark blue enamel base coat.  None of the other paints even come close.

Yes, the Trainworx trailers are closest in terms of the corrugations.

The finish is similar to the Canadian Freightways trailers so I am grateful for the suggestions on how to replicate it.

Agreed.  Much more realistic than the Alclad II chrome in my opinion.

If you choose to use the Alclad gloss black base, beware it takes a long time to dry between coats.

I have no idea where to buy Alclad paint here in the wilds of Appalachia.  Any suggestions?

Has anyone got photos of a model they have painted with the Alcad stainless steel?

Any local hobby shop which caters to plastic car kit modelers should carry Alclad. Assuming there are still hobby shops left around the area.

Maybe there is a retailer listed here: http://alclad2.com/buy/

Sprue Brothers is my go-to for plastic models, and they carry Alclad...

There are local hobby shops, but the locals go more for RC cars than traditional plastic kits.  I'll look in that department, though, and see what I can find.  Thank you!
