Monster Model Works question

I ordered some brick sheet from Monster Model Works and had custom laser cutting done ( a brick B&O MOW shed) the sheet and cutting are top notch, I also received some thin blank sheets cut out in the form of the shed too that have no brick pattern, just wondering is this for reinforcing the brick sheet? Should I align and glue it to the back of the cut out brick pattern?

They supply the cut out chip board for reinforcement (if needed). I didn't use it but made sure to reinforce the sides with strip wood.



FYI, they will cut the window lintels from the very thin lazerboard if requested. I don't like how thick the "normal" ones are.

I'll second that. I have ordered a lot of stuff from Jimmy and he always provides reinforcement for the thinner sheets. Sometimes he'll throw in plywood instead of chipboard, depending on the project.

I sent a PDF. What a great deal, only $5 plus the cost of the brick. They were spot on with regards to dimensions. Here are some window cutouts.


They can cut very, very near the edge of the sheet. I jammed as much stuff as I could into the space. It does take a bit of time to be cut.  I may have waited a week or two. Can't recall. Excellent service.

They are Tichy #2508. I installed them from the back so the wood trim doesn't show.

Can he cut out a Dearborn St Station for me (Chicago, the configuration circa 1955).

Kidding aside, that makes for a great looking model, and sounds very reasonable. especially in N scale, where square inches go a long way.
