More 100 degree weather and my son dislocated my thumb, causing a sprained wrist...yes, I got beat up by a 19 month old

Number 1 son gave me a black eye two years ago jumping up into my lap to read a story before bed.

It's a Mount Blue Models wood laser kit:

Here's a Clerihew about Ed. K.

Ed Kapucinski
Every night, he plants a new tree.
But mention his law

Alternate version:
Ed Kapucinski
Every night, he plants a new tree.
He asks excitedly "Did you say Ménage à Trois?"
No, I said "Ed's Law."

Bruce, your weathering and the overall realism of the scene looks outstanding (as usual).  But the roof on that gas station/garage looks too funky for my taste.  To me it looks like a hastily-printed paper cutout stand-in for some future masterpiece.

I am also amused that the Tamiya's weathering kit looks like a makeup kit (even the applicator looks the part).  But no matter what it looks like, in certain skilled hands it works really well!  :)

There are times I forget I am modeling in N gauge. Times like when I decide to add parking meters to downtown Camden.

The first disappeared into space (I believe it achieved low earth orbit).

I have no drills small enough to make a hole to plant them (63 is my smallest) so gluing them in upright was a challenge, but heck they give you 14 for $5.95 so all is good. At least the camera can still see them.

For those younger interested N scalers who still have high level finger coordination and good eyesight:
Hi-Tech Details #3003 Silver Parking Meters pkg(14); Walthers Part # 331-3003; $5.95

Rick - thanks for the tip on the parking meters. Another detail I need to add.

Bruce - nice job on the roadways and pavement markings. But shouldn't that side street have a stop line painted across it? Like in this pic:

Looks good as is though - just trying to be helpful.

Ditto.

I've been follow T-Track for some time now. And these are the best modules I've seen so far. and they're not just great T-Track... they're great modeling, period.
