Thanks to an Aussie modeler for showing me an Australian home builder’s site, I picked this design, as it looked like an easy build. The veranda options give it an Australian flair. Even though it looks like a house you could also find anywhere in North America, it IS an Australian design. There are 5 versions; one plain with no veranda, and 4 veranda versions. This looks to be a versatile scratchbuild, as era can be changed simply by changing window types and placement.
