I hate balsa for making anything, especially masters. Tonight I had no choice, as I need my modern rescue boats tomorrow, and simply didn't have any hardwoods available. I just slathered superglue all over the balsa, and it seemed to work. Is this a good solution, or is there a better way?
I'll probably pour the molds in about three hours, (1 AM EDT), so they will be ready for casting in the morning.
Yes, the client expects the ship tomorrow, late PM. I'd just overlooked that I had no modern rescue boats even in the works.
It will be a long night building the release tracks!
