I can't buy that argument .. its like saying we only don't need any more 50' boxcars since someone already makes one :)


Also, no ones made a 60' double door RBL... until now.

Well, that's true, too.   I've got enough 50' boxcars at this point.  Now, some good 80s-90s tank cars, on the other hand...

in orginal paint will come with me in 2015 or so.  Santa Fe Shock Control lettering always gives me a speccial feeling...

Yep. That sticker on the left was applied by BNSF in 1995 to show the modified loading system in the car so they could backhaul items.

I've got photos of solid trains of cars like this headed over Tehachapi, usually with 3-6 of the big BNSF reefers on the front.

Yep - full of wine from Modesto, mostly.  For those of us modelling this train, two styles of 62' boxes are better than one.  Next up, the 72' BNSF reefers!
