A crazy idea

So, with a lot of time, not much money, and plaster left over from an art project last spring, I'm wondering if making a mold to create individual building blocks to create a small RR office like the one downtown would be possible:

I have styrene to create doors and windows etc, but I don't have any for cinderblocks and I am not sure where to get N scale cinderblock styrene. It would seem to be a pretty simple build, and I would be simplifying it a bit more for my own purposes. Has anyone done this, or have a better idea on how to do it?

I think you would likely be more successful pouring plaster walls and carving the mortar joints.
