What brand are you using for your plastic structures, such as the Walthers Cornerstone series?

I use CA most of the time. If not, then back to the past with the old Testor's cement.
Model railroading isn't saving my life, but it's providing me moments of joy not normally associated with my current situation..... Train are good!

For unpainted edges, Testor's Model Master Liquid Cement.

A thick CA for painted.

Model Master Liquid Cement for Plastic Models.
The slender needle like applicator is an ideal feature.
In my experience the best choice is one that contains some polystyrene.
If you can find one with a screw lid bottle, add some of the sprues from the kit you are building to the bottle and allow it to dissolve.  Works very well for me.  Have done this for DPM kits, too.

MEK (methyl ethyl keytone).

Cheapest plastic solvent cement, guaranteed. Six bucks a gallon at any big box store.
