MILW Transfers will be the 50ft Long Transfer Caboose built by International Car in 1974 and carried Rd#'s 992298 and 992299. Like the N-9, it had a grated floor, but had bay windows. It we used for rotary dump coal drags. Here is some MILW Caboose class info:
