...is on sale for $199 at MicroMark; normally it's $300.

The Badger looks like a really nice unit.  My wife got me the Paasche for Christmas a couple of years ago.  It's pretty decent, but I do like the design of the Badger.  My new train room (still several months away) will have a permanant, dedicated spot for the spray booth with venting to the outside.

My Badger paint booth came in last night.  It takes a few minutes to build with about a dozen screws.  My first thought was that the steel seemed a little on the thin side, but once assembled it was rigid.  There was a small dent in one of the pieces as a result of a bump to the carton during transit - eh, I can live with it ;)

The motor/fan assembly seems very robust, and it almost sucked my cat in during a test run.  I will add a light, even though the booth is very open.  I wish it was painted white or silver, too, to allow for more reflection onto the model.

Again, it's $199 through the big sale at MicroMark.

If you can't catch the sale at MM, that's about the same as the regular price at Amazon:

They also have the Paasche

I have the Paasche HSSB but found its draft to be rather lacking.  I replaced the blower with an 850 CFM Dayton, now it can nearly suck out a lit candle.  Only problem is, it still has a rather annoying rattle/resonance that I haven't been able to eliminate yet.
