Agree.  If I could only buy one train/model mag a year, MRP would be it.

I always look forward to the MRP but thought that this issue seemed light on planning.  The Phil Brooks layout is awesome, but the article didn't read much different than if it had been in Great Model Railroads.  I assume that all this stems from how good the previous issues have been.

I agree that this issue is not up to the usual high standard.  Plus, that full page photo of Tony K kinda set an uneasy tone for me as I read through it. :)
