The Humpster is right. I did this real quick in PS for a better visual for ya. Forgive me, I don't have the PC font on my computer!
P.S. - Just realized I missed the PC logo on the second panel in from the right as well!

Ah, ok, my second guess was the right one, the placement of the paint-outs would indicate PC if one knew PC, there isn't any truly visible PC-ness on the car, that is, I wouldn't need a set of PC decals also to do the car, just start with a Pennsy hopper and paint out and decal CR on it, right?

Hey Ken-like I said in an earlier post, I found a car on ebay, but got in a bidding war with it-I'm
current high bidder, so if I do get this car & get it done, please don't ask how
much I paid for it!  :-X (wouldn't you know it? after I get high bid, some more show up at
realistic prices! Go figure! (& they're "buy it now" by the same seller! :-\ )

N Scale Supply claims to have them in their online decal catlog.

Their website is misleading as far as decals go. When they get decal orders in, they then place an order with Microscale decals. ::) This is after you pay for them first and if it turns Microscale is out of them, then they refund you your money. :-[

The actual Atlas model says "Return when empty to PRR York PA" and "Limestone service only".

yeah, that's right, saw it now, after I've stripped the car on the scan I've made before...
...thank you - Limestone is yellowish, right ?

More of a milky white, like chalk, although sometimes, depending on region, it can have a very slightly yellow tint.  I am just going with the chalky colour, however, on my car (taking FOREVER to get here).

Never stopped Conrail from loading these with cement. I have photos of the brown 2-bay CF and the PS-2s that are labeld for "Grain Service Only" but are actually covered with cement! I didn't really believe that Conrail would do that until I came across a photo of some of the brown 2-bay CF's sitting at a cement loading facility...

They could have been downgraded from grain service to cement service. As cars age, they get reassigned to carrying different bulk materials so the newest cars can be kept clean and assigned to carry high class commodities like grain.
