The crossbar on the window. How wide is that? and did you need to support it?

I do windows about .015" wide and tilt them back for printing so any sag would be at the back bottom.
The window frame cross-member (upper/lower divider) is 2mm wide x 0.55mm deep x 0.10mm thick (vertically) frame.  They are not supported in printing--but these are only 2mm wide.  The clear insert "wraps" around them top and bottom.

Not a ton of progress, but I got the W-3 boiler fitting and sitting pretty well on the chassis and the pilot installed.

Jesse6669:  I'd imagine that the prototype had some type of sill under the door, to keep rain from running in.  Stick a piece of styrene under there and the gap is gone.

They did, and the STL design does as well.  It's kindof hard to describe what happened here but it's as if the walls sunk into the flat base by several scale inches and I believe it has something to do with the raft it's on.  I*thought* it was the "override base" option but changing that didn't seem to work.  I have some new tests on the printer now .. Learning by doing as always.  One of the nice things about T scale is you really don't use much material.

Almost exclusively trackwork this last week:

A few more minor details and I'll be able to put a bow on the design part of this project.

Finished up Memorial Day weekend by wiring and testing the two EP-4 mechanisms, minus the lighting.

Though the lighting circuitry was tested in pre-finalized EP-4 bodyshells.

I really love your modelling.  I know you live in the west.  Isn't Pueblo a bit to the west of the UPper?  None pf my business, but why the Pueblo Depot?

Great question! I’m building this for Rob Carey’s DRGW Tennessee Pass Layout. It’s nice to help friends make progress

Here are the bridge supports I did for his Royal Gorge Scene

Oh snap.

I was just there. I'd love to see more pics of the layout.

I’ll grab some more shots when I’m down there next. It’s a fun layout to run on!

That is mighty Grande of you Karl. The Depot is awesome and it is also great to help others. I have always been a big fan of that layout along with Mike’s layout, they are inspiring works.
Great modeling
