I wondered why Atlas referred to these as torpedo tube equipped. I’m no rivet counter, and I do wear glasses, but I don’t see torpedo tubes on these. They do have a vent and exhaust for a steam generator in the short hood. Turns out, this is prototypical. Search on 5888 to see some photos, especially COHS 58409.

I sure this is not news to most everyone here, but I always thought a steam generator meant torpedo tubes. Learn something everyday.
