Didn't one of the big Canadian roads have a loco in a similar scheme years ago?
Normally when I provide data that results in something being made, I expect one for my troubles (I've had several MT and Aztec cars made from my photos). However, in this case, I'll pass. The only thing worse that badly painted model cars, is finding out that there is an actual prototype engine that matches the terrible paint job. That KCS engine looks like a kindergarten class project...and now that the photo is out, I'm afraid that someone will produce it in N scale.

~Ian and Peteski: Did they have a matching caboose, so they could run an entire train?
Since they had a loco and a hopper, they should have had the caboose, even if they were only together once, for a photo shoot.I wonder if CN painted that hopper that way specifically because of what was in it? Sounds like they'd want people to be careful around it.OCN(CH2)6NCO - Hexamethylene diisocyanate"Hexamethylene diisocyanate is used as a polymerizing agent in polyurethane paints and coatings. Acute (short-term) exposure to high concentrations of hexamethylene diisocyanate in humans can cause pulmonary edema, coughing, and shortness of breath. Hexamethylene diisocyanate is also extremely irritating to the eyes, nose, and throat. Human studies have suggested that chronic (long-term) exposure to hexamethylene diisocyanate may cause chronic lung problems. Animal studies have reported respiratory effects from chronic inhalation exposure and skin irritation and sensitization from dermal exposure to hexamethylene diisocyanate. No information is available on the reproductive, developmental, or carcinogenic effects of hexamethylene diisocyanate in humans. EPA has not classified hexamethylene diisocyanate for carcinogenicity."https://www.pharmacompass.com/chemistry-chemical-name/ocn-ch2-6-nco
