I noticed that MB Klein added some items from Phoenix Precision Models.  I used the N icon for this post, but it looks like their products will for available in N, HO, S and O scales.  https://phoenixprecisionmodels.com/

And, it is a wholly owned subsidiary of Tru-Color Paint.

Edit:  Here is a link to their products on Walthers web page with photos.  https://www.walthers.com/phoenix_precision_models?productListFilters=

Intersting ..

This sure looks like the container model I posted on Thingiverse - which is a combination of components from three different creators ..  If it is, it's bad form not to credit the creators :(

Summary

This is  an HO and N scale rendition of a typical construction site office made out of a 20' shipping container.

The container is from Chris Wentworth (APUC) Misc Containers HO https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5326756

The roof vent and AC is from Game Tree 3DP https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2626207

Windows and doors from HO Scale Yard Office https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3865361

Many thanks to all three for uploading the pieces that made this possible

For N scale, scale the model to 54% in your slicers

This isn't going to be confusing for me at all. https://www.phoenix-paints.co.uk

Two model companies called Phoenix Precision.

I imagine there are a lot of "Phoenix Precision (something)" companies in the US and UK, and probably the rest of the English-speaking world.

Until Marshall Thompson died, we had two "Republic Locomotive Works" in the US.  He made and sold mostly N scale parts and kits, the other made and sold prototype locomotives.  I'll bet that they got some odd emails!

I reached out to Phoenix Precision Models to remind them about making sure they honor the Creative Commons License - I received a response today from Martin Cohen PhD ..  .. Here is a portion of the email ..

Quote
As for the 3D printed products, we give attribution on the headers and/or labels on the packaging on all items we have gotten from Thingiverse or other sources PLUS on the instructions which are enclosed with every model. There are many items where we have bought the licenses for as we just don't have the time to develop our own stl's for printing.

We appreciate the efforts of all the designers we work with and have even commissioned some to modify the models so they can be printed in the 3 major RR scales; N-, HO-, and O-scale.

I appreciate their responding to my concern .. sounds like they are doing it correctly ..

I like they got some HO scale stuff too. I'm interested in their lowboy trailer and the compressor trailer.
