Narrowminded N scale BLI P5a inserts

Hi N scalers,
This is my first post. I recently purchased a Broadway Limited Imports P5a Boxcab locomotive. Checked out the Spookshow internet N scale web site and found that their experience with running this P5a out of the box was not very encouraging but they did mention that a pair of small inserts to be placed between the chassis and the two non-motorized trucks improved performance so much so that it changed their review to a positive one.  The Spookshow dudes indicated that these inserts were made by an individual/company that goes by the handle "narrowminded" and were kind enough to send me a link.  The link brought me to the "railwire" forum. N scale boxcab locos are a rarity for us N scalers. You all know how it goes, I had to have it. I couldn't contain myself.  Got to say, it's a beautiful looking model, but, yup, performance is spotty at best.  This was one of those times that I made the purchase knowing what I was getting into so I am hoping, now, that someone in this forum can help me get in touch with "narrowminded" since I want to purchase a pair or two of those inserts.
Thanks for your help.

Apparently he was last active in August, so I don't know if he will see this.

I'm not sure what's going on with @narrowminded Mark. I haven't heard from him in ages, and I'm actually a bit worried.

Last time I heard from Mark was when we met in person at the 2022 Atlantic City N-Scale Gathering.  He was fine then.  Kind of odd and worrisome that he just "disappeared" and not replying to any messages to him.

Mark's spacers are a terrific design and definitely a labor of love, but I don't know that such precise efforts are really necessary. Basically you just need to stick something to the bottom of the chassis that the flimsy arms on those outbound trucks can push up against. It could be as simple as styrene rods of appropriate girth glued directly to the bottom of the chassis.

I had Mark's phone number (from when I assisted him with some electronic circuits for his projects couple years ago), and I called him today.  It went to voicemail. I left him a message, but as of now he did not return my call or checked in here.

Same here, no response.   I let him know he's being paged on Railwire.

Mark is the :ashat: that bought my old N scale Seaboard Central 2.0, but, unfortunately, I haven’t heard from him any more recently than any of you.  I hope he’s okay.

I know this may sound silly.  I'm assuming you (or anyone else that may) have his mailing address.  Maybe send him a note?  God forbid if something bad did happen, maybe the family member who opens it can reply back to you.  Include your e-mail address and cell phone (for texting) to save them the grief of writing a letter back to you.

Hi N Scalers,

I want to thank all of you who helped me in the hunt for the individual (Mark?) who goes by the handle "narrowminded", however, so far I have been unable to get in touch with him or
find out how to order a couple of pairs of his inserts that help the BLI P5a locomotive run better.  I will continue the hunt and will check back here at the railwire forum from time to time so see if any new information about narrowminded or the P5a inserts have been posted.
Hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving.
Regards,
Flyerdude1!

Does anyone know if Mark belongs to a local club that someone can contact and ask What's Up?  Or maybe he does ops session (even infrequently) with a group?
