15 or so years ago, when I was first considering making the switch from HO to N, Mark's loco directory convinced me it was possible to purchase locos without immediately experiencing buyer's remorse. This was at a time when one single disappointing loco purchase would have likely ended my interest in N scale.

Now I have more damn locos than I know what to do with.

Curse you, Mark.   

Seriously, thank you very much for the knowledge you've shared. Even today, I never make a loco purchase without consulting "The Oracle." I've also enjoyed (and learned from) your "build" threads, as well. Excellent stuff, all the way around.
