Available with and without horse sounds.

This is in unbelievably bad taste.

That's awesome!
Even funnier (or sadder?) is the fact that this is following Miller Engineering's racy advertising signs being discussed in the Crew Lounge.
We sure live in interesting times, and the surprises just keep on coming.

Why would you transport horses in an outside braced wood boxcar   :?

I wouldn't get the Acme Glue car, but my wife will like the Halloween car, and I might get a couple more cattle cars.

You know, if you cut a few windows in that poorly molded X-23, you might get a plausible horse car for a work train or lumber company to carry the draft team. Or for a very low end circus.

But that would ruin the double enclosure for the speaker.. :)

Y'all do know that--even today--animal parts are used to make some glues, right? (albeit on a much smaller scale than historically)    Yes, still a bad joke, but...well, there's plenty of bad jokes in every walk of life just about.   Humor is hard and not everybody gets it right.

I'm surprised that with the history here of *really* distasteful humor, that all of a sudden The Railwire has turned the corner.

I personally found the glue car hilarious and intend to get one for the layout. A lot worse things have been carried in railcars to be killed, especially in mid 20th century Europe. THAT would be offensive and in bad taste.

I can't find the announcement (found it: https://broadway-limited.com/products/copy-of-8470-40-wood-stock-car-up-49424-sheep-sounds-n-scale ), but also like the idea.

I don't find it offensive - all living things die and our remains get used in some way.

Then again, I also liked the Ntrak module I saw with Jimmy Hoffa's legs sticking out of a the foundation of a concrete factory...

A young lady in a college art class I was in 19 years ago had a horse named Alpo that was a rescue...
Acme Canning might be slightly worse that Glue...

A while back, I asked if anyone was going to make a car with Covid graffiti.
Got some disappointing/condemning responses.  People not ready.

Lots of people think a lot of different ways.
Oh well.

By the way, here is a prototype.

At first I thought this was funny...then sad...then realized that when you have a stock car that is poorly modeled and nobody is buying, you are willing to try just about anything to get people to buy them.

Yes... I'm not too firmiliar with the european prototypes apart from Thomas, but I'm guessing that 'era' is modeled..

MTL just released a bunch of multi-packs from that era..

What if Con-Cor released their Autoracks in a FEMA scheme..  :|

And once you have experienced the smell of a rendering plant on a hot humid Central Ohio August night you never forget.
