You're right!  Great, now two CAUTION notices to be concerned about.     Seems to be based on the lot# though, which helps.  The pics above are from 996-H (NYC 885680-799), while this is from a 963-H car (NYC 885825-899).

Is it a service based warning stencil?
If so maybe a close match can found with a newer car in similar service.

According to this Centerflow, the last line should be

'ENTER CAR WITH RUBBER SOLED SHOES'

Sweet!  Thanks Aaron.  Now I still need to decipher the first Caution paragraph.

Also, what is the type of lining applied to the 963H?  I can't make out the first word.

Nice!  But I never heard of "fluidizing". Must be a special word.   :D

They sent me the hi-rez zoom-in of the photo up top and the text is clearly legible. Definitely “fluidizing”.

Definition:

flu·id·ize
/ˈflo͞oəˌdīz/
verbTECHNICAL
gerund or present participle: fluidizing
cause (a finely divided solid) to acquire the characteristics of a fluid by passing a gas upward through it.

Picture a hot tub filled with sand.  Not very easy to sink in it.  Now, aerate by shooting air up through the sand from the bottom.  Now you can swim in sand.

It's the same idea here for fluidizing the load (grain, flour, etc) for unloading.

Thanks Mike. I understand the principle, it was the word that surprised me.
