You're right!  Great, now two CAUTION notices to be concerned about.     Seems to be based on the lot# though, which helps.  The pics above are from 996-H (NYC 885680-799), while this is from a 963-H car (NYC 885825-899).

If so maybe a close match can found with a newer car in similar service.

Picture a hot tub filled with sand.  Not very easy to sink in it.  Now, aerate by shooting air up through the sand from the bottom.  Now you can swim in sand.

It's the same idea here for fluidizing the load (grain, flour, etc) for unloading.
