New Haven trustee schemes in 1964

@bigdawgks @amato1969 Rather than take the weekend update thread off topic, I started a new thread.  I uncovered this photo while searching for other source material.  The date of the photo is 8/19//64 and the car was serviced in 6/64.  So the scheme started prior to 1965.

Bryan, have you seen the photo that @amato1969 posted in the original thread? It shows that at least one car was renumbered into the 22000 series and painted in this scheme in 1960. Perhaps it was just the one, but you can clearly see the date stenciled on the car in the photo.

I will say though that it looks a lot darker and more brown than a lot of other photos I've seen, but it could be the photo itself. I know there's a photo of one of these cars that's so underexposed that it looks black.

I didn't see this originally, but it makes sense the trustee scheme was at least that early given that McGinnis was forced out in `55 or `56.
