Taken from the Penn Central Transportation Company FB page :

Foamers: Why doesn't CSX make a heritage unit? Why doesn't CSX make a heritage unit? Why doesn't CSX make a heritage unit?

*CSX does a heritage unit to celebrate the 200th anniversary of the B&O*

Foamers: Boo. Not like that though.
I get it to a point though. If you are going to closely resemble the livery B&O engines used to wear then do it right. If you want to stylize it, do like UP did with theirs.

Take it with a large grain of salt, but one of the old heads at the Cincinnati RR Club claims there are definitely several more coming;  I give it better than average credibility since he knows a lot of company guys, but it could similarly be bluster.  We'll see I suppose!

Oh the irony of rivet counting a 1:1 scale locomotive’s type face

That said, I get why it’s annoying. Like it’s your history guys, don’t you have the old paint guides still available in the attic of an old office somewhere? Or even better, contact the B&O historical society, they could probably help.

How does Katy relate to CSX? I thought that was a Union Pacific predecessor.
The fabric of reality has begun to fray.

I seem to remember that there was a list with about 20 heritage units that CN was allegedly doing. Turned out to be fake. That this CSX list has the Katy on it makes me think it's also fake. Maybe I'm becoming a cynical old man, but I just don't believe 90% of what I read on the Internet. Heck, I think about half of y'all are bots. 😆
