Went to KC for the end/beginning of the KCS/CPKC.  I already posted the business train but got a bunch of other shots along the way.

I the wake of the recent accidents, this caught my attention on the KYLE.

I know the KYLE is updating their fleet, it was nice to still see the UTAH RAILWAY unit at the point.

One of our first catches in Grandview, KC just south of KC was the 1982.

The day of the ceremony we explored the yard a bit and got this switcher.

Heading home I found this unusual switch stand.

Then an old Citirail unit now CN.

Found this MRL unit.  Presumably working a grain elevator.

My son said this was rare.  I guess these units have been in storage a long time.
