Really a shame they decided to cover one of the logos with theirs, but a very nice restoration.  Kudos.

The windows John printed from my file arrived after a wrong delivery from a lexic-dis carrier. These are amazing John!! To be able to do this just pushed me over the brink and I am looking at purchasing an Anycubic Photon M3 Max printer while they are on sale.

I don't have an M3 - so can't give a recommendation .. but see this .. https://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/anycubic-photon-m3

It's a 4K machine .. while that's pretty good for most things, the 8K machines are getting cheaper also.  I won't recommend any particular machine .. but I used a MONO SE to print all your windows :) 2K machine .

The driver will end up being the print size since if I go into this, it would be used for Scale RC, 1/35 Armor & Dioramas as well as MRR. The facade for the piers will probably be printed with a size of 7.25W x 4.5H x 1.0D. Nothing is cast in resin stone since I am learning everything I can before making a selection. Anyone is always welcome to chime in as I know there is a huge repository of knowledge here.

Bob, we do have a 3D printing section on this forum. Check there. There was a recent thread about printer recommendations. Or you can start a new thread asking for opinions.

Wow - how did you do that Bob?  Just styrene?  Really impressive.

I will be starting to build the sides in mass tomorrow. Here is how they will be built.

I'm making progress on the pier buildings with John's windows and I will post pic a little later.

For now, I finished the Bailey Warehouses, Main and "B" building that was built many years after the expansion of the main building.  This will go on the corner of Delaware Ave and Kenilworh St. The first pic is how the warehouse will be viewed from the operator area.

I also kitbashed the Pennsylvania Warehousing & Safe Deposit. This is the building that will be on one side of the open lot for unloading. Gallagher's will be on the other side of the lot. There is not back to this structure as there will be several 2-story building between it and the B&O stockyard. Have to figure out the proper roof treatment for this one. I'm thinking painting strips of wet/dry sandpaper a gray, dirt it up before gluing and then outlining the strips with gloss black for the tar seams.

Lastly, I bashed some DPM's into a S/R building wing for the big Merchants Warehouse. I saw that Classic Metal Works came out with Merchants rigs and thought it would be a nice touch.

How did you cut the styrene or is that a 3d print?  Looks impressive.

All styrene. Look towards the top of the page and you will see the build plan for the pier side.

If you're going for the big black and white sign painted on the brick ethos, but don't want to go the trouble of having decals made, I found that by printing things on simple label stock gave me the ability to press the sign in around pilaster and other details to make it look a little better.

I may have cut the label stock around the details.  Can't recall.  Still looks like paper in person, but in a cluttered urban scene, still effective.

For each of the buildings I have done so far, the signage has been attached signage. This will not be the case for others such as the Merchant's Warehouse. I came across a product called Decal FX Pro  while doing competition scale RC that produces super thin foil decals. It is superior for any flat surface, but I have not tried it yet directly on brick. The fact that I can make any graphic including white is a huge plus. You can see it's capabilities here:  https://www.therailwire.net/forum/index.php?topic=54844.0

Using your method Lee might be a good alternative if the Decal FX Pro foil does not go into the mortar lines. Thanks.

So, I found this photo and I love the style of the street lamp. Nothing in LED's that would be an exact match, but close to being to pass off. I have some samples inbound for a test. Looking at the photo ... would y'all agree with 20ft above the road on a 40ft post? Higher/lower?

Might as well ask while you have the photo open, the sidewalk looks to be about at least 6ft wide. I'm not familiar with NE city standards so I am curious on how big to make the sidewalk sections (6x6?). Whole sidewalks will be cast in hydrocal soon.

I would put the pavement width at least 26' and therefore the sidewalks look to be 12'.
