Caught a Warbonnet in Springs yesterday.  Nice transformer load as well.

Yeah. The 12-axle flat would be a fun model.

Of course I just discovered that some part of that trip cost me two tires. PA 32 can kiss my a$$.

ICE-TD parked on the ferry while on the journey from Hamburg to Copenhagen, March 2015.

These Diesel-ICEs were chartered by the DSB from the DB for some years. Some just got the DSB logo, others were re-painted.
All of these trains were retired by 2017. A few were already scrapped, most of them have an uncertain/no future.
Two were rebuilt as experimental trains for testing new components.

It still bothers me more than it should that the locomotive's carbodies don't line up with the Coaches....

The black and yellow is sharp.  Its kind of a pity the WNY&P never got all the ALCo six motors in that scheme.  Would have looked awesome with 3 or 4 of them on the head end of a rock train clawing up Keating Summit.
