Current estimate is late summer, early fall to my understanding.

$9.99 for 4 couplers (USD)

Nice.  What an interesting solution to the centring spring.  It should be pretty easy to incorporate these into some of my 3-d printed conversions.

This looks GREAT!!..

It now makes sense how he was doing all of his prototyping with TSC couplers

Using the plate with a tab as a centering mechanism is clever..

Pretty cool looking, and I love his solution for maximizing mounting compatibility.

I asked him about bulk packs and he said it'll likely happen, but he wants to get some product out first.

That looks attractive from both the visual result and the ease of installation.

I am definitely going to get some sets to put on a test train and see how it holds up on the club's torture layout.

Awesome!  This is going to be a real game-changer for N scale.

If bulk packs come at a decent price I may have assembled my last MT coupler.

At 5 bucks a car, this is going to get expensive. But what isn't expensive in this hobby? Hoping for a bulk pack as well.
Question for those at the show, has Andrew said how or where and when these are going to be available?

Andrew said he was looking for shops to carry them as he does not want to be the retailer. I second Ed, bulks packs will be in the future based off demands

That's the list price for 1015 couplers as well, kinda. For $10 you get two 1015s and one 1016, which for me means a bunch of leftover 1016s. So I don't think the price is that unreasonable, but I'm definitely going to have to stretch out the conversion process.
Now the bulk packs of MTL couplers offer significant savings and I doubt we'll see this here.

If I  understand this correctly, since these are not compatible with the currently used "large size" knuckle couplers, this means you have to convert your entire fleet of rolling stock and locomotives, right?  It's all or none or all.

Yes. I had already started down the path of converting everything to True-Scale Couplers, and those are compatible. But these seem much better.
