I seem to have misplaced the one issue I’m looking for. Can anyone share the HOO article from this issue?

PM me your email address and I'll email you, but first tell me what HOO is.  I have no clue.

The closest I see is Houses on a Hillside. HOH?

It's just a misspelling of "who". :P

Seriously... obviously Mike will have to confirm, but given the British penchant for pursuing modeling scales with zero commercial support, my edumaguess is "Half OO", a fine scale standard more rigidly adhering to 1 foot = 2mm, or 152.4:1.

Actually, he wrote "HOO," which would be HO2, which is something like hydrogen superoxide.  :P

Haha, tracking down some history of N scale dark ages.  H00 might have been more appropriate?

That's very cute guys, but there are no H00 (or any other)historical articles in that issue.  :?

Besides, H0 already is "half-zero" (or Oh) scale, and N would be OOO or 000 (not HOO or H00).  Remember British treble-O, close to N scale?

If it is the HOH article, I know one of the Author's quite well if you aren't able to get what you need.

LOL, blame the  N-Scale editors.  I posted a straight copy/paste from the N-Sale Index PDF file on the CD  :P  It is spelled correctly in the the magazine itself.
Nothing wrong with being anal pedantic -- I find myself in that way often.

Pam, this is probably the best place to mention that I really appreciate that the magazine collection on CDs has them stored in a standard PDF format.  No licenses, passwords, or special apps needed to view them.   Thank you, thank you, thank you!!

@Pamela Clapp  --- Pam .. any thought to making each CD available as a digital download (at the existing price) -- CDs are starting to become an endangered species .. and you don't need to worry about shipping that way :) -- maybe make the purchased CD files available with your online subscription provider ..

For example, I can't find the one I purchased years ago .. but I have a way to archive files

@peteski thanks for the assist.

And yes, it is the Kadee's Cousin article about, yes again, HOO scale trains from Micro Trains in Sweden.  The line that Kadee purchased for the name (but never reused the tooling for the 10mm Hudson, boxcar, or passenger cars...)

To answer the question about making the CDs available as a download  - The files are too large to download. I have considered this before and a number of you have asked, but they are simply just way too large. Thank you for your suggestions. We always appreciate your input.
