90 second delay in reposting hicup

While trying to add a link list second post to today's header I came up with this 90 second delay to repost message . This was new to me . I was trying to make sure my second post followed my first post so the Link List which was long this week and would have shrunk the header image to a smaller size . After waiting awhile I tried again , still getting the same message . This went on for 8 or so minutes . Then I waited 90 seconds and it worked . Point is the message then should have read , not " 90 seconds before you can repost " , but " 90 seconds before you can ATTEMPT a repost ".

It can also prevent double posting, on the rare occasion that the Enter key bounces, or other glitches occur. For those, 90 seconds may be a little long, but a short delay isn't a bad idea, even without spammers.
