Shouldn't the CP blackout fee and the CN blackout fee balance each other out.. and Wasn't CN supposed to pay KCS 1 Billion to walk away from CP?.. or was that contengent on the voting trust?..

CN put as their backout fee 700 millon plus the repayment of the 700 million they had to pay CP... smart guys  :D

This all assumes that money changed hands to begin with..
