Thank you.  I agree about keeping them as Alcos, but this is modeled after a specific prototype unit on the Housatonic roster.

I have it converted to DCC, but still want to install a sound decoder and speaker this winter.

Oh, deer...$3500 damage to my Elantra and it just bounced off of the front quarter panel and kept running. We live in the foothills above Sacramento and while we always see deer, I never thought that that there would be a problem with having one run into me, and then it happened. Parents were visiting and my father wanted a newspaper (yes, they still exist). Most expensive paper ever...

I have 10 to 15 of the little buggers eating at my bird feeders every nite. Once in a while one gets hit on the highway behind me, but not the RR tracks.
