Looking for ideas for a Micro-Modeling scene.. 6"x 4"..

Due to a recent accident, it turns out I broke my wrist and I now have a cast on my arm..

As they were wrapping my arm, I realized, hey this is the same stuff we use for scenery material.....

.....So then I thought... wouldn't it be funny if I 'scenic-ed the area'?

Any ideas on what to do for a small scene?

Limitation/notes.
Surface is fairly uneven (see pic).
I have an area 6"x 4" to work with (leaving room on my hand for people to sign it)
Scale doesn't matter (I figure either HO or N)..

I'm planning to do this in the week before they take off the cast, but whatever I do will need to be somewhat  durable.

Thoughts?

I smell a T-gauge train set purchase.  :D
Or borrow DKS' world smallest model train layout, plant it on your cast, then scenic the area around it.
. . . 42 . . .

or the Simpsons version 20+ years earlier.

And I assume it was previously a Twilight Zone episode or something like that..

Learmoia,
I owe you one thanks to your 'stereo test video' & my L and R ear bud quest you nailed ! Thanks....

So, you've a cast on your wrist (fractured my L arm as a child in '50s !) and want to create ON the cast. Yes ?
If you can draw and paint, what about a full side view of an 0-4-2T HO switcher in color using enamel (so as not to bleed later from sink use, bathing, coffee...May have to sand down the plaster for smoothness..Black engine on white plaster. Then run 9v battery to headlight and/or bulb in firebox ash pan...

Funny, why do  I feel like I've written a belated April fools gag when there's no such thing ?!! M  :P

I didnt realize people started responding until now..

Get some of the Noch Sexy Scenes so you always have something for your other hand to do.

I've got the sexy scenes in N already.. and a scene where I can incorporate them has crossed my mind...

I dont recall if I still have my HO ones.. may have sold those a while back..

Since the area is pretty uneven, I was thinking a field or flower garden of some sort..  (keep in mind it needs to be somewhat durable).
