They're all Canadian cars. But they definitely would have made it to the US, shipping from Canadian shippers, but probably in comparatively low numbers the father out you get.

The "new" dates are actually in the artwork of the 10 cars, you just have to enlarge it enough for your monitor. Right-click (or whatever for your browser) on the image to display just the image in its own page. Enlarge until happy as there are plenty of pre-1975 dates represented.
Thanks, that is a great roster! Looks like the numbers offered were in service up until 2014. I've been toying with the idea of getting a tank train together for my W&LE locomotives to haul - were these cars ever in LNG service in addition to the gas and aviation fuel service shown on the roster? There are a ton of PROX tanks hanging around Rook Yard, but my photos show newer T208 cars.
Rapido knuckle couplers installed from the factory. ??????? What no micro trains couplers!
Also this resource is VERY helpful for Canadian cars:http://nakina.net/private/private.htmlNCTX cars were built in 1973.UTLX/Procor cars were built from 1969 through the early 1980s. Their roster is.... messy.... with lots of non-contiguous number groupings, but you can check the Rapido numbers against the roster in the link above. The group with Alberta logos was built in 1969, but that may or may not be a late 1970s repaint...
If you’re concerned about old style Rapido couplers, that’s not what they mean. The modern Canadian Rapido has no connection to the Arnold Rapido of yore.
Then this stuff comes out, and the after market (where let's face it, I am now a full time resident) goes nuts because some clown sees the price of a Bluford hopper so he thinks $ 28 is a good price for a 40 year old Atlas car.Old Man Shouting at Clouds (again)
