Thanks, and yes, I agree 100%. I was just thinking about it, and I know I wasn't the first, but I was pioneering it back 15 years ago and I'm glad I did. There are a number of folks who do it even better than I do (Mike Confalone, and our own @bman ), but I definitely enjoy the way it sets my work apart.I actually just saw two dead season photos in MR's Trackside Photos in the latest edition, so I'm thinking that might slowly be changing, but it's still far under represented. And that is the highest compliment I can get!
The color on the fascia almost tricks the eye into believing there's a big muddy river there.
Yeah its like painting the pink foam, its a big visible change that gives a nice dopamine hit to the brain on the level of progress being made.
