If you don't have a set of small screwdrivers, buy one. You'll use them a lot.
... Wiha offers 000 as their smallest Phillips. ...
The Railwire is not your personal army.
Go ahead and get the Wiha #000; it'll work. It's been my go-to for impossibly small Phillips-head screws for years.Between trains and fine musical instruments, having learned the hard way I avoid the cheap sets. The precision and durability are worth the price of the Wiha tools.
... I wish you could still get the old Craftsman sets they were by far the best precision screwdrivers I've ever used...
I have one of those sets, although the individual drivers now seem to be scattered around the house... workshop... garage... kitchen drawer... layout room... workbench... I personally think the Wiha are better especially for Phillips. They have hardened tips versus the Craftsman which are of traditional design, with the tips machined out of the shaft material. I've managed to mangle one of those.
